My name is Cecilia. I hold a degree in Economics and in Statistics from the Universidad de la República (UDELAR-Uruguay), with a specialization in quantitative methods, data analysis, and impact evaluation. I am currently completing a Master’s in Economics at UDELAR and working as an Associate Researcher at Centro de investigaciones Económicas (cinve). I also teach the undergraduate courses Statistical Inference and Business Analytics and Big Data at Universidad ORT Uruguay. I have carried out consultancy work for multilateral organizations (IDB, World Bank, ECLAC, UNDP) and national institutions (MSP, INE, FGN, UPM, INAC, among others), focusing on data analysis, model estimation, and impact evaluation.
